They say the difference between the mentoring & coaching is small but important*. To be honest, we don't really care what you call it as long as it helps you and your business grow.

We think the secret to a good mentoring or coaching programme is to define your goals up front. If you don't know what you want out of the relationship, then how can you possibly know when you've achieved it?

Our mentoring & coaching service is available either face-to-face, over the 'phone or online (online is cheaper) and is contractless (there's no minimum term), meaning that the emphasis is always on us to impress you, or we know you won't re-book!

What you get...

Traditionally speaking, a mentor gives advice and a coach provides motivation, however with our services, we only use coaches that have actually been successful in business to ensure you are talking with someone who understands your problems.

Business owners have found that a good coaching session will:

      3. Provide you with someone who you will be 'accountable' to, and who will make sure you are on track with your targets

We offer free marketing seminars in Manchester for all businesses, as well as online coaching and sales training. However, we generate most of our revenue from the premium training courses we hold every month.

Mentoring is usually between someone who is experienced and someone who is less so. Its believed that the word derived from the name of a character in Homer's Odyssey, where a goddess took on the appearance of an old man to help a younger man through a difficult time.

'Coaching', on the other hand, comes from the multitasking skills required in the controlling & guiding of the horses that pulled the horse-drawn stagecoaches in the 19th century.
